Shipping Information

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer. Processing times vary, see the individual product listing for processing time. Manufacturing time for chair mats and desk pads is 7 business days. Transit time for chair mats and desk pads is 1-3 days, depending on your location. Those items ship via FedEx Ground and a tracking number will be sent once the order has shipped.

Personalized items take 7-10 business days to produce if there is no proof required. Proofs add 3-5 business days to the turn around time. Personalized items shipped via Standard Shipping do not include a tracking number. To track personalized items please choose the Expedited Shipping option.

All other items ship within 24 hours via the chosen method during checkout. If possible, a tracking number is included but not guaranteed.

Free shipping applies to specific items marked with "Free Shipping". If a free shipping item is combined with an item that does not qualify for free shipping, the price will reflect only the shipping for the items that do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to US orders.

Please keep the processing time in mind when placing orders. We want you to get your package when you need it so call us if you have extenuating circumstances and need it expedited. Just reply to your order information and we'll be happy to try and accommodate. However, it may not be possible to accommodate all requests. 

Many items ship FedEx or UPS. Therefore, they cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Only USPS can deliver to a PO Box. Always make sure to include your contact phone number in case we need to call you regarding issues with your order. Stylish Sports Fan cannot be held responsible for errors made by the buyer when the order was placed. However, we will ALWAYS try to fix any problems that come up, no matter the reason.
